To fish for dogtooth tuna in the shallow water at night we rigged up a Black Magic 8/0 KS offset hook on about a foot of 200lb nylon coated multistrand wire leader.  A soft glow bead was placed on the rig before it was crimped up to provide extra attraction in the dark of the night.  These glow beads can be easily charged by placing them in front of a torch or head lamp for 30 seconds before sending the bait over the side.
