For Melbourne CH31 viewers - On this weeks episode Lee heads down to Gunnamatta Beach to do some surf fishing for Australian salmon with Dan Lee using a variety of lures. We also check out the progress of the new Adventure Bound boat currently being built by Evolution Boats then Lee shows us some unique ways of cleaning snapper and getting more out of each fish!
